Job Responsibilities:

• Cook food to order for our ala carte restaurant and prepare food for banquets.
• Follow our corporate recipes and standards.
• Maintain food preparation and organization levels of kitchen areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Good communication skills
• A positive teamwork oriented attitude

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Prior cooking experience required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for for duration of shift.
• Able to accept direction and constructive coaching in a positive manner.
