This is a part time position; hours would be based on what is needed on a weekly basis. We are very flexible and can work around most schedules. 15 to 20 hours a week would be expected.

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee merchandise/prize counter

·        Purchase items that can be redeemed by our guests

·        Display purchased items in an organized and efficient layout

·        Maintain inventory via computer system and audit all items at the end of every month.

·        Maintain cost of sales goals

·        Report arcade game redemption payout

·        Oversee and manage 1-2 additional team members

Requirements:

·        Entertainment Manager experience preferred.

·        Excellent organization skills.

·        Have the ability to make responsible decisions.

·        Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).

·        Strong communication skills, the ability to read and write.

·        Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, stressful environment.

·        Willingness to work in other areas of operation.

·        Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

·        Willingness and ability to work with young adults.

Benefits:

·        $15-$18 per hour dependent on experience.
