Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hr + TIPS

The Mission

At Boondocks, we don't just serve meals; we host memories. As a Shift Manager, you are the face of the guest experience. You aren't just managing a dining room—you are orchestrating birthday parties, corporate banquets, and high-volume restaurant service simultaneously. We need a leader who stays cool under pressure and keeps the team moving with a "win-as-a-team" mentality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Floor: Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, bussers, and event staff.
• Orchestrate Events: Ensure birthday parties, corporate outings, and banquets run flawlessly from start to finish.
• Maintain the Standard: Ensure every plate and every guest interaction meets our high standards for quality and service.
• Drive Cleanliness: Maintain a "Guest-Ready" environment in the restaurant, dining areas, and event spaces at all times.
• Operational Agility: Pivot between managing the host stand, helping the servers during a rush, and checking in on a private event without missing a beat.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of service experience in restaurants, hospitality, or entertainment venues.
• Leadership: Minimum 2 years of management experience with a proven ability to teach and motivate others.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to jump into any area of the operation to help the team succeed.
• Reliability: Must be 21+ and available for Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
• Preferred: Catering and event experience is a major plus.
