The Mission

At Boondocks, our Food Runners are the finishing touch on the guest experience. In our fast-casual hybrid dining room, you aren't just a "plate carrier"—you are a service professional. We need fast, friendly, and proactive team members who ensure every meal is perfect and every guest feels taken care of.

What You’ll Do

• The Delivery: Accurately run food from the kitchen to restaurant tables and bowling lanes with a sense of urgency.
• The "Check-Back": After dropping food in the dining area, you are the pro who stays engaged. You’ll check back with guests to ensure quality, offer refills, or grab that extra side of ranch.
• The Reset: Clear and sanitize tables, high-tops, and event spaces quickly to keep our wait times low and the facility "Guest-Ready."
• The Support: Assist the service team by maintaining condiment stations and jumping in wherever a hand is needed—including supporting the dish pit during a rush.

What You Bring

• The Hospitality: You enjoy talking to people and can "read a table" to anticipate guest needs before they ask.
• The Hustle: You thrive on your feet. Whether it's a birthday party rush or a busy night at the lanes, you stay productive and "never-idle."
• Physicality: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift and safely carry trays or bus tubs (up to 40 lbs).
• Availability: Weekend and Summer availability is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
