Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellence in the preparation and delivery of all food and beverage offerings
• Ensure all products are prepared to specifications
• Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen and related areas
• Perform weekly physical inventories and meet cost of sales goals
• Select, train, and supervise all dining and event personnel
• Supervise team member schedules and meet labor cost goals
• Servesafe certified

Requirements:

  Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2+ years cooking experience in restaurants or hotels
• Minimum of 1+ years management experience
• Catering and event experience
• A proven ability to supervise effectively
• Ability to lead others to success. 
• Must work weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
