Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 20 to 50 team members per shift
• Help make our guests feel welcome
• Ensure all departments have adequate staffing along with the assistance they need
• Oversee all departments during shift (outside team, arcade team, cashier team, serving team, kitchen team)
• Control labor costs for each department during that shift
• Keep a clean, well-maintained, and happy environment for our guests

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment
• A minimum of 3 years prior management experience
• Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
• Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
• Well-groomed and neat appearance
• Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
• Enjoys working through problems and come up with solutions
• The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast-pace environment
